Founder & CEO
Darrell is a highly regarded international consultant, educator, connector, and strategist. His expertise in international affairs and civic engagement is demonstrated in projects he has led in the public and private sectors. With time spent in higher education, government, and non-profit management, Darrell is skilled in organizational turnaround, business strategy and planning, diversity & inclusion, education technology, and board relations. His knowledge in international relations has led to him serving a member of the U.N. Global Expert's program and his commitment to inter-cultural relations has received official recognition by the Vatican from Cardinal Jean Louis Tauran of Pontificium Consilium Pro Dialogo Interreligiones.
Darrell’s career spans the non-profit sector with time at The William J. Clinton Foundation, public sector work with The U.S. Department of State, and in academia at Louisiana State University, Tulane University, and in administration as Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean at Claremont Lincoln University, a new online graduate university launched with a $50M gift by David C. Lincoln in Claremont, California. His notable contributions at Claremont Lincoln included establishing a global campus model, scaling high performing online academic degree programs, expanding faculty development, launching virtual innovation labs and research centers, building institutional partnerships, and leading a new university to initial regional accreditation. Darrell provides pro-bono services as a member of the board of trustees to a liberal arts college in Mississippi.
