Darrell Ezell, Ph.D.                             

Darrell is a distinguished international consultant, corporate strategist, author, and speaker with over 20 years of experience, specializing in problem-solving, organizational turnaround, and advising some of the world's most influential leaders. His career includes roles with the Walt Disney World Company and various non-profit organizations such as HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology, Interfaith of New York, and The William J. Clinton Foundation. He has also advocated for labor rights for poultry workers in rural Mississippi, featured in the acclaimed documentary, Mississippi Chicken. Additionally, Darrell has held public sector positions with the U.S. Department of State and served in academia as Vice President and Dean at Claremont Lincoln University, as well as a professor at Louisiana State, Tulane, and Shaw Universities. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Birmingham in England.

 

Currently, Darrell is a college board trustee, board director with the Alabama Humanities Alliance, Human Relations Commission appointee, and a member of Innovate Alabama’s Council on Outdoor Recreation. His dedication to intercultural has been recognized by The Vatican through Cardinal Jean Louis Tauran and has led to his services as a United Nations Global Expert.
